Porsche Tennis Grand Prix

The annual Porsche Tennis Grand Prix will be held from April 20th through the 28th. Running since 1978, this high-stakes competition attracts the top talent of the tennis world and always makes for exciting entertainment. With seven Top 10 players competing this year, the 2013 Porsche Tennis Grand Prix will be no exception to this rule. The Porsche Tennis Grand Prix is a Premier Tournament on the WTA tour. It has run for 36 years, making it the oldest indoor women’s tournament in Europe. Because of its illustrious history, the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix features top players battling it out. The 2013 competition will feature superstars like Maria Sharapova and Angelique Kerber of Porsche Team Germany.

“We will treat our audience [to] top level world class tennis once again this year,” said Tournament Director Markus Gunthardt. “Grand Slam winner and WTA Champions will be here. It doesn’t come much better.”
